Reliable and fast
If you return an item or want to have an item repaired, you can do this by using the simple online process or via fax, phone and email. In any case we will send you an email and help you through the return and complaint process.
Procedure for online process
- Log into your customer account and click on "Order & Returns Manager".
- All your orders are listed in the "Order History". You can return all delivered items. All orders that have been completed and already dispatched have the status "Shipped".
- The items ordered including numbers are recorded in the 'Detailed Order' field. Select the corresponding item and click on 'return'.
- Please let us know the numbers and the reason for return in the last section. You will then be asked whether the packaging is still intact and whether you require a replacement for the corresponding article(s). A service employee will contact you immediately when Distrelec receives the online form.
